Health and Safety:
-Clients with infections, bruising, or any health concerns should refrain from booking until the issue is resolved.
-I will not service clients with damaged or infected nails to ensure the safety and health of all clients
-If you are feeling sick, please reschedule to ensure the safety of other clients
Deposit/Rescheduling:
-A deposit is required to secure an appointment time.
-The deposit does go towards the total.
-A 24-hour notice is required for any Rescheduling or Cancellations. Failure to provide ample notice will result in loss of deposit.
Late Policy:
-If you are late more than 10 minutes for your appointment, treatment may be shortened or amended.
-Late more than 10 minutes will result in 50% loss of the deposit
Communication:
-Clear communication of any change to the nail service is recommended to ensure a smooth appointment, along with the satisfaction of the desired nails.
-Please arrive safely. If you are running late, please let me know.
